A  drypoint intaglio print using a plastic (perspex) plate as well as relief printing using cardboard blocks, This is the second state of two prints titled Baroosa Rain. Image size 4.5cms x 12cms, handprinted in a limited edition of 4 on acid free Canson paper using Gamblin oil based  etching ink on the  intaglio plate and Graphic Chemical Co waterbased block printing ink for relief printing.Paper size is 10.5cms x 20cms. Prints are signed ,numbered and dated in pencil below the image

The image is based on sketches drawn on a day trip to the Barossa Valley and the hills to the east of the valley some time ago. The weather at the time was hot so the rain was added in response to the wet weather we were experiencing at the time of printing.
