I am an artist working from my home studio in Adelaide South Australia, looking to take my work to a broader audience through this website and facebook page. As I endeavour to share my love of printmaking with you I also hope to engender an awareness of artists working in small studios producing artwork that is accessible and affordable.

 

The Gallery/shop is the first step in this process. I am very keen to ensure that all transactions through this website are trouble-free and have included the following information to help buyers to purchase some artwork that I hope will bring them pleasure.

Terms and Conditions:
I am committed to keeping your details private. I do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. I use this information to identify your orders and to personalise your shopping experience with us.

 

When purchasing from the Shop transactions are processed through PayPal. Visit the PayPal site for further information.
 
If you are a consumer, you may only purchase prints and drawings from my site if you are at least 18 years old.

 

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and all transactions are processed in Australia Dollars (AUD).

All Prints are 100% hand-printed, therefore, you may expect some slight variations. The images of the prints on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the artworks. This is accepted by customers when placing an order, and returns will not be accepted due to slight variation.

 

We encourage you choose carefully to ensure you are buying an item that is just right for you as refunds are not offered due to change of mind or incorrect selections.

I endeavour to make sure that all prints and drawings listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund.

 

Refunds:
If your item is defective or damaged in any way, you are entitled to receive a new item to the same value or a full refund. I will arrange for an exchange or refund upon return of any defective or damaged item provided you raise such claim within 24 hours of accepting delivery. Goods that are claimed to be defective must be returned in the condition and packaging as you received them. In the unlikely event of this happening, contact me to discuss how to best facilitate a positive solution.

 

Refunds shall be paid using the same denomination, currency and payment method as when you first made your purchase.

 

I do not intend to exclude or limit any rights, which you may have under the relevant laws in your state and/or country.

 

Shipping:
I will do everything I can to make sure that your unframed print/drawing arrives to you as quickly, easily and safely as possible. Purchases do not include frames and/or matte board. Depending on the artworks purchased, they will be packaged using acid-free paper, cardboard, bubble wrap and/or protective plastic wrapping to ensure they are protected and water-tight.

 

We require a street address for all deliveries, as we cannot deliver items to a PO Box.

 

Prints and drawings will be sent using Australia Post. In Australia, if you are not available at the time of delivery and it is not safe to leave the package, a note will be left at your residence allowing you to pick up the artwork from your local Australia Post shop. Customers outside of Australia should refer to their country’s postage service.

Where a customer requests to vary these shipping arrangements, any additional costs will be charged to the customer.

 

Orders are packaged and shipped to you within 3-4 weeks. If you need your order faster, please contact me and I will see if I can meet your deadline.

 

Alternatively, prints and drawings can be viewed and picked up from my home studio in Adelaide South Australia by appointment only.
